2024 Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour
Since 1976, the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival, a flagship program of Banff Centre, has been an industry leader in the celebration of Mountain Culture. The festival promotes understanding and appreciation of the world’s mountain places by creating opportunities for people to share and find inspiration in mountain experiences, ideas, and visions. Following the festival each fall, the annual World Tour reaches more than 40 countries on 7 continents, the largest adventure film tour on the planet.

The BANFF Mountain Film Festival is hosted by the Adventures department of UC Berkeley Recreation and Wellbeing. All proceeds from this event go directly towards scholarships that connect our UC Berkeley Students and Community members to the outdoors. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Make sure you arrive on time or early! If you are late, you will be asked to wait in the lobby until there is a break in between films.
